Kenny, Bill, Mark & Branko keep dry
The wet weather sweeping across Southern NSW, meant that this mornings game against Lanyon, was called off. The ref deemed the waterlogged pitch as unplayable, and had little hesitation in telling us to go back to our lovely warm homes. Surprisingly none of the old boys seemed to mind at all. I sure as hell didn’t, as we were missing a few players this week.
Presumably the match will be rescheduled for a later date, probably mid-week under lights. Next week we are playing Woden at Kambah hopefully with a full strength squad.
