To me it is all about understanding your customer, and tailoring your offering to suit them. As a customer and a human being, all I ask is that I am treated with courtesy and respect. If I feel that I have been understood, and my needs appreciated, I will always be a loyal customer.
Not a very good World Cup Final, but great to see the team that tried to play football win. Spain edged out the Dutch by a goal to nil, providing me with my first ever correct prediction of a football match.
Paul the Octopus didn’t pick it, but for only the second time this season, the Old Boys were narrowly beaten 1-0 in this mornings match-up against Brindabella B at Kambah.
I have been out of action for the past few weeks with a dodgy ankle, so have been relying on my trusty carrier pigeon for updates of the Old Boys matches.
