FIFA President Blatter is an arrogant, meglo-maniac. The penny hasn’t dropped that the fans run the game, not him, not FIFA, the football world couldn’t care less about him and his corrupt mates. Who is he to tell us there is nothing wrong with the Jabulani, when the players are clearly saying there is?

Who is he to say there is no place for goal-line technology, when players and fans dreams are ruined because of it. Not only that but FIFA have sent the referees home who were involved in the controversies. They are laying the blame on these guys, when it is not fair. How can you blame the officials when the whole world is saying they clearly need assistance?

By all accounts the Uruguayan ref who ruled out Lampards effort, was immediately notified by the fourth official they had made a mistake. In a normal world he should be able to say, “sorry we missed that, we didn’t have a clear enough view to confirm it had crossed the line. However having seen the replay which shows that it did, we will go back and award a goal. Is it that hard to implement a simple system that stops all this heartache? According to Blatter it is. For the life of me, I cannot fathom why FIFA refuse to listen to what the world is saying.
Mr Blatter you have no understanding or empathy with football people, you are an autocrat, and you are killing the beautiful game. Get out now and leave it to someone who knows what they are doing.

More on the Jabulani, I’m amazed that the manufacturers Adidas continue to defend its product.”There are strict FIFA guidelines on the ball (weight, size, bounce depending on what the temperature is),” said the German company.”Not only does our ball fulfil all these conditions but in fact they go beyond them.” Again Adidas and FIFA can throw scientific facts at it as much as they like, but the real facts remain, the ball is crap, it is ruining the World Cup and the players don’t like it. Read more: http://www.news.com.au
