How many times have I heard that? Millions and millions, and I’ve fallen for it every time.

A few years ago, I embarked on a full on exercise campaign with a personal trainer. I was very disciplined and did get some results, losing a bit of weight and a few cm’s round the waist, however I could never get into the habit of eating properly, and thus ended up cancelling out all the good work I did in the gym.

Now I persevered with this for four years, at one point I was going to the gym five mornings a week, sometimes six, yet no matter how good my diet plan, I could not resist the odd hamburger, bag of chips, ice cream, JD & coke etc etc. What I thought was that by if I got into such a disciplined exercise program, and generally tried to eat healthy,  that would be enough and I would get away with occasional indulgence.

Trouble with that was the Special K for breakfast and lunchtime salad was not satisfying the hunger pains, so inevitably I succumbed to temptation on a daily basis. Talk about fighting a losing battle, I just never seemed to get anywhere.

Thus I became very sceptical about anything relating to healthy eating, health & wellbeing, and healthy living, but then purely by accident I stumbled across a nutritional product, and thought what the heck, I’ll give it a go, and the results have astounded me. I have lost 10kg in less than three weeks. 10 kilo’s thats right, down from 97kg to 87kg, and I’ve lost 4 cm’s round the waist.

It’s all down to these meal replacement nutritional vanilla shakes which contain soy protein. Two of those a day in place of breakfast & lunch, do the trick, and I never, ever feel hungry. As a result, the snacking on chocolate or bags of chips has stopped completely.

For dinner I have been having mainly chicken, steak or fish with lots of colourful vegetables or salad. Not only that but I have so much energy and feel like I could run all day. The loss of 10 kilos has definitely given me that extra level of fitness, that allows me to run further without feeling out of breath or tight across the chest as I have been lately.

I’ve supplemented the shakes with three multivitamin tablets a day, and two or three cups a day of herbal tea, which did surprise me as it isn’t at all bad.

So now I’m on a roll, I can’t believe how I could feel this well, so there is no way I could stop. My goal is to loose another 4cm’s off the waist an another 7 kilos in weight. At  that point I will go to one shake a day, which will allow me to maintain the weight, providing of course I don’t replace the lunchtime shake with a trip to McDonalds.

So my friends, if you do want to lose weight and feel better, don’t waste another moment, get in touch with me now and I will help you make it happen.
