Professionally I have been involved in the advertising and marketing industry since 1978. My early working years were spent in newspapers mostly at the Evening Standard in London. However in the mid 1980’s the lure of Australia proved too much so I packed up and left my beloved Hammers behind.

In that time I had spells at The Canberra Times and WIN TV, before joining the merger of City Graphics and Communication Partners in 1999. Ultimately the company evolved into Canberra’s largest advertising and design agency, and I became a partner in 2003.

For many years I mentored the Client Service team, and was also involved in many campaigns for clients such as, The Canberra Times, Old Bus Depot Markets, The Infant Nutrition Council, Beyond Neutral, Riteway Curtains & Blinds, Chief Ministers Department, Department of Urban Services (waste campaign) Canberra Southern Cross Club, IA Group, Goodyear Autocare, Prime Minister & Cabinet -Pacific Islands Forum 2009, and the successful 2008 ACT Election campaign for the Australian Labor Party.

These days I work in marketing as a business development consultant, operating predominantly but not exclusively in the Canberra region.  I am an advocate for a number of businesses around Canberra. These are organisations who’s ethics and values are in synergy with my own. They are all owned and operated by friends and associates, people who I respect, admire and am very happy to endorse.
